Went from a LG Banter on Alltel, then Moto Droid when that came out, now the beloved DX :D

I came from Storm 2, and this is what I say when anyone asks...

Blackberry got old. I have been with RIM for a good couple years (I still miss my BB actually, but not enough to go back ).

RIM was to slow and refused to catch the 'cool' phone wave, I love Blackberries functunality, it sync'd with everything without third party apps. I could give a million reasons why to stay, but this is why I didnt- no 'fun' stuff. It seems like they are content on staying a Buisness oriented phone, I used my iTouch for games and my BB for communication.
The DX has made both very lonely and handles Buisness with a very updated and 'fun' UI. That's why I am a convert.

Storm 1, then Storm 2 for me. Both were fantastic devices...I just wanted the huge screen on the X and the blazing internet.

My phone list (not sure if I should be proud or ashamed)

Moto Droid X -- July '10
HTC Touch Pro -- Nov. '08 thru Now
HTC XV6700 (Apache) -- '06 thru Nov. '08
Moto T720 -- '04 thru '06
Toshiba Pocket PC E330 (non-phone) -- '03 thru '06
Kyocera QCP2035A -- '02 thru '04
(Forgot Name) -- '00 thru '02

I used a Motorola Droid, Motorola Backflip, Droid Incredible and now the Droid X.

Moto Razr V3... Yeah, I know. Heck I have antique cars so why not an antique phone. (At least for now) Do have to say my Razr is one tough phone. Have had it for a number of years and the SIM card only recently died.

Once Flash is up and running on the Driod X I will be testing the heck out of one.
The X and Verizon have a lot of the features and option I need that a certain other fruity phone and carrier does not offer. So after 16+ years I will be leaving that carrier as long as the X and Verizon perform as I expect.
