what does it mean if led light boinks quickly while DInc is on charger?

Today for the first time ever my DInc's led started blinking quickly when on the charger. By quickly I mean about half second intervals. It is only while on the charger and there are no notifications in the bar. It stops as soon as I unplug it from charger and does not always re appear immediately when putting it back on.

I am using an oem blackberry charger at work. Anyone know what the heck is going on?

That usually means there is an error with the battery. Mine does that when I am charging and using navigation because the battery is overheating. Pull the battery, inspect it to make sure it has no issues, let it sit out for a bit, insert battery, and try to charge again. If the issue persists them take it back to Verizon sooner than later.

It could also be caused by a faulty charger or usb cable. But if it goes away when you unplug and replug the charger it sounds like you could have a bad battery / overheated battery.
