what else can I keep in the sd card besides photos?

planning to get a sd card soon. i was told by the sales that only photos can be saved to the sd card. is that true? what about music? what about messaging apps chatlogs and stuff? will it do the transfer automatically once I insert the sd card?

any good sd card recommendations? good price and performance etc.

will this(SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Card) be able to recard 4k videos?

ANY files that are just files - photos, music, videos, documents (.doc and .docx, .xls and .xlsx, txt, pdf, etc.) You can SAVE apps on the card, but only as apk files (the installation package for an app), you can't run many apps successfully from the card if they're installed to it.

4k video requires a UHS-3 card to record at full speed. (Recording on a UHS-1 card could result in dropouts, stops, etc.) Record at 2k instead (or get a UHS-3 card).

I haven't seen any problems recording 4k on my SanDisk 200gb microSD card uhs-i. Of course a uhs-iii card would be a safer bet.
