What have you done to your phone since its been rooted?

I came back to stock, the battery life on synergy wasn't very impressive (could be an issue caused by TiBU).

Supposedly, once you create a dropbox account on Bean's, you can use it from any ROM for the next 2 years :)

hehehe, figured that one out too :)

thanks for the tip on synergy, I definitely still feel Bean's ROM was snappier but it was definitely laced with freezing and crashes

Battery life on synergy on the re-flash has been comparable to stock, maybe a tiny bit better

Rooted phone
Flashed kexec recovery
Flashed synergy 1.6 with imo .1 kernel
Installed cpu sleeper app
Loved my phones battery life

Just thought I would add my 2 cents to this discussion since I am 100% happy with where my phone is right now:

Rooted (duh)
Synergy ROM
Wifi Toggle
No Wifi Reminders
Center Clock
Google Wallet (working)
Backups with Titanium and Rom Manager
Camera Sounds Off

just added this to the list...
unlocked bootloader..... FU YOU VERIZON AND ANYBODY THAT LOOKS LIKES YOU!!!!!
installed touch recovery...
Ok, glad i got that off my chest, you may go back to your regular scheduled programming!!!!!

Since the bootloader got unlocked, CM10 has been on my phone. that's about as big a change as I could find.

Installed Light Flow

Installed the (missing) wifi notification panel widget and changed the Samsung green hilights/battery icon to ICS blue.

Installed Nova launcher (don't need root for that, but to get widgets to show up in the app drawer you do).

How do you install the missing Wifi widget and change the greens to blue? Have never rooted before but want to start. These are the first 2things I want to do just don't know how to do any of them.
