is it a rom that is odexed and deodexed at the same time or that i need to have odexed or deodxed plz help i realy need xposed framework

Welcome to the forums.

From what I understand is Odex is when APKs are split apart and optimized to speed up booting time. DeOdexed is when APKs are reassembled to allow for easier customization.

I just don't get why you need both. You can only run one ROM at a time, and as far as I understand a ROM can only be one or the other, not both. Can you link to where you saw this?

Deodexed is a version of the stock OS that doesn't have some apps(mainly bloatware) that are installed by default. Propably you have an odexed rom if you don't know what that means.
