What is com.sec.android.app.sbrowser? Battery life on KitKat

Hi All,

What is com.sec.android.app.sbrowser? It has used 22% of the battery so far today.

Generally speaking, my battery life is worse with KitKat since the upgrade.

Possibly a secure browser most likely checking the file system with the knox security system

Well did some research seems it's your stock browser

yes is the stock browser. I f you leave any browser tab open, it will show on your battery usage. what i did is after i finish using the stock browser, close all tabs, and use the back button to close the browser. with that it do not appear any more on the battery usage. As soon as you use the browser, the process appear, but if you do what i did, thenprpcess disappear. Hope this help

Yea hold down the home button and clear it out of your cache and also hold it down again and clear your ram helps speed up the phone and make sure it wont leach off your battery to access this its the ball looking icon on the bottom left and find the ram tab and hit clear ram
