Yes! It shows mine as been accepted and hopefully is on its way here to CA!

I have been charged $299.99 for the 32GB HTC One upgrade web order with ATT Sat. April 6. The media adapter was to be applied at the end of the process. It was not. I called ATT and they say the media adapters were all sold out and therefore the promotion would not be honored. ATT and HTC have some explaining to do. How can you have a promotion ending April 18 and all the promotion items are gone in 24 hours? Hello, is this the AG's office?

I was having some difficulty ordering online and when I went to an AT&T store to preorder I asked if I could still get the media link. I was told that I could so I preordered my phone. Now, after seeing that my phone is in transit, I noticed there was only a tracking number for the phone and the SIM card. Needless to say, an online chat with the AT&T help center not only did not resolve the matter, but after explaining my side of the story, the rep said: "Yes, but the free media link is only available with an online preorder. I had to scroll up to see if I hadn't already explained that I'd been informed that I could get it preordering in the store according to the rep. Of course, I felt it wouldn't do any good to repeat myself. Naturally, I'll speak with the store clerk when I pick up my phone on Friday.
Funny that this is what it says right on this page:

The caveat: To get the free Media LInk HD, you need to preorder the HTC One from AT&T, and do so by April 18.

You should go back to the store and have them add it on for you. That's what I've heard many users doing when they didn't get it added on from ordering in a store.

With Fedex, is signature required or will they leave the package at the door if no one is home? I tried to select hold at fedex facility but it won't let me "due to shipper restrictions."

It depends on how it was shipped. The shipper can require signature for delivery. Apple does this for everything.

Too bad I won't be able to talk them into giving me a free HTC battery bar or at least, a free case.
The second thing I plan on doing is stopping by the Apple store across the street and pulling out my HTC One when they ask me if I need any help, pretending I'm surfing the web or maybe playing a song so they can hear how good it sounds without earplugs.
Maybe I'll ask them if they want to buy my iPhone 5 back.

looks like they're all coming from memphis or dallas fort worth, my fedex packages always go from my sort facility to my distribution center at the very last minute so im not worried, it always gets on that truck with less than a second to spare!

It depends on how it was shipped. The shipper can require signature for delivery. Apple does this for everything.

at&t doesnt require a signature if it isnt an iphone. they just drop it on your doorstep if they dont get an answer.

Glad they screwed up my media link order so that enabled me to take delivery of it already, but i'd gladly give the media link back in exchange for overnight delivery of the htc one. Mine has a Friday estimated deliver date :'(
