What phone are you ditching to get the Note 4? Why?

My s3 is awesome. I ditched tw long ago and it has remained snappy Running various roms. Currently on cm11. I just can't pass up an upgrade. I have been up for one for 3 or 4 months now.

Noob question, but won't you lose the spen features by going to CM or another rom?

Going from note 2 to the note 4 the battery on the 2 is going south even rooting and clearing garbage apps off did not help. Time for an upgrade.

From a Galaxy S4. I was a little intimidated by the size at first (the S4 is a really good size) but my friend showed me his Note 3 and it wasn't as unwieldy as I thought it would be.

Ditching the AT&T G3 and it's awful reception. Nice phone otherwise, though.
Will be getting the T-Mobile Note 4 as my ATT national retail plan ($25/mo) will end once I start my real job in January.

HTC One M8. The BoomSound speakers will be missed but the poor battery life and the fact that it continues to lose power even when charged is making me ditch the M8.

I just switched from the note 3 to the one plus one. Definitely missing the stylus and swappable battery, but loving 0 bloatware and great performance and 12 hour battery life. But I sure do miss the note....

Giving up my HTC One M8. Loved it as I did my M7 but I've missed the Note. I had the Note II and I loved it. One thing, I do remember not liking about the Note was that when plugging in headphones it did not get very loud. Hopefully they've fixed that with a better driver. I will miss the speakers on my phone but the Note is just where I belong.

May leave my lg g flex for the note 4. I miss the s pen features of the note. Found it really useful at times for quick notes and such.

You don't lose the spen features by using a CM ROM.
I run CM10 on my Note 2 which gives me Android 4.4.4 which is brilliant. You just need SwiftKey keyboard from the playstore so you have an xlent keyboard.
