What phones should I upgrade to?

So I have an upgrade on my t-mobile and my Verizon phones coming up in the coming months. I need some help narrowing down my choices.

Verizon: Droid turbo, Droid Maxx, Galaxy S5 or Xperia Z3v

T-mobile: Oppo R5, OnePlus One, Nexus 5 or the Note Edge

I already have a Xperia z1 compact and an LG G3
