What Screen Protectors Are You Ordering?

It's not quite edge to edge, but it's not snagging my thumb like the Samsung official was. Still considering taking it off and using the screen as is.
Ah I read that incorrectly, thought it was the ESR back camera protectors. Haven't ever tried the actual ESR screen protector. Good to know on that though.

I did get the camera protectors in the kit, but I haven't fitted them yet because I think they may interfere with the case I'm using.

Understood. I purposely by cases with the open camera cutout on the back, as opposed to the cases that have the individual circle cutouts.

I ordered a Whitestone Dome two-pack. It's the first thing I'm doing to my phone when I get it, before I even turn it on.

Let us know how edge to edge the Whitestone dome is. I was looking forward to not messing about with UV adhesive but if it fits to the edge of my ring k case I may have to lol

I had the amFilm tempered glass screen protectors on my Pixles and my previous Note's and was happy with them. I like the installer alignment tool, and they're inexpensive at $8.50.

I'm getting a S24U and a S24 Plus and already have two screen protectors sitting waiting.

I bought these for $8.50 you can not beat it. Installed so easy and perfect.

Not much love for the Spigen? 😁 I have this one already sitting and waiting for the phone to arrive. Curious how this will perform.

Very easy install, touch responsiveness is not as good as stock but it's not been an issue yet.

Doesn't go all the way to the sides so with a case like the ringke fusion bold you will have a noticeable gap between the case and the protector where as the Spigen Enzo Aramid is a perfect fit with the protector.

Well I put a screen protector on...redid my fingerprint...ripped it off and threw it in the trash! Nothing helped make the FP work better after the screen protector was installed. I had to press somewhat harder to get it to work maybe 80% whereas without the protector it's an easy tap with 100% functionality.
THis was the one I removed:

Otherwise an interesting way to install. It still was not perfectly aligned...I lifted it an adjusted it to make it more centered. But it was still removed. I will try one of the "free" ones I got from Samsung next to see if they are any better!

Thanks for the feedback! Is the slight decrease in touch sensitivity expected for all glass protectors, or just the Spigen one in particular? I assume you re-did the fingerprint recording after you applied the protector, and you stored the same finger in 2 of the memory slots (as per their recommendation)?

Yea I can see why the Spigen won't go all the way to the very edge, since the S24U has a very very slight curve at the edges (even though they say it's flat), and the Spigen protectors are completely flat. I imagine most, if not all, glass protectors for the S24U will be flat, thus allowing a tiny gap on the sides.

I also noticed that Spigen didn't make a cutout for the front cam this time around, whereas other glass protectors from other brands still have them. It definitely looks better and cleaner, but just concerned about negating image quality. Or, maybe Spigen is so confident in their glass optical clarity, that they didn't bother making a cutout this time lol.

Yeh even reports on reddit of the Whitestone glass uv liquid protectors having poorer touch recognition. It's not an issue in navigating the phone and typing etc.. I only notice it with the s pen, I have to give it a firm press but i don't really see it as an issue per day.

Yes iv added both thumbs twice and enabled the increase sensitivity option, fingerprint is fine for me I can get 10/10 unlocks.

Iv seen no difference in the selfie cam at all but I'm not exactly the best person to ask on that as I suck at taking consistent good photos lol. But I hate protectors with that cutout anyway so couldn't buy one.

I have a Ringke Fusion Bold, sounds like I may just need a new case

I just took the ringke off as I couldn't get used to it after the spigen Enzo. I only bought the ringke to show off the dbrand skin but il still look sick in the spigen.

I can run my fingers across the screen to the sides and not feel any gap between the case and protector, seamless transition.

You can check out my Reddit thread on the two if you like.

Upon pixel peaking with a flashlight my protector is completely covering the display but only just as its off by like 1mm to the right, cannot feel it tho.

It's a nice looking case. But I want clear, and no Magsafe is a deal breaker for me. I'll probably end up with another Mous clarity...

Idk. I installed a Whitestone dome AE on mine and I'm about to take it off. My finger print reader sucks now. I have the sensitivity option set and I removed and redid my finger prints. It's worse than the pixel 6 pro was.

I had to take the damn thing off. Just couldn't take it anymore.

Install went pretty smoothly, it was easier with the screen being flat. They've continued to evolve the jig and the rest of the pieces too.

Also feel like this year's version is more case friendly as well.

Spigen makes a good screen protector. I use them for all of my Samsung Tablets. You can't go wrong with them.

Yea they make quality products. I've been using their Thin Fit and Tough Armor cases for my previous phones. I'm going to apply it on my phone when it arrives on Monday (or tomorrow) and will decide if I'll leave it on or not.
