Like everyone else I am anxiously awaiting the EVO, and it is friggin awesome, but with a physical keyboard, 32bit display, and wireless-N it would be mindblowingly orgasmic, don't ya think?
I personally dislike physical keyboards because they add bulk and moving parts, and I can use a virtual keyboard just as well. Especially on a 4.3" screen.![]()
True multi tasking like the WebOS. Everything else in the EVO is untouchable
Me, too. It's going to take a while to stop using gestures and try to toss cards off the top of the screen.Yeah moving from the Pre to the EVO and having never even used Android, I'm starting to get nervous that I may miss webOS.

The guy who designed the webOS UI just left Palm for Google, so here's to hoping that Android 2.3 or 2.4 will get a nice coat of webOS paint over its Android heart.
As for what the EVO needs: an atomic fuel cell that never requires charging would be nice. That it could transform into a little robot that grabs iPhones and snap them in half would be cool, too.
Wouldn't be too good for me to have Terminator tech that touchy. It'd be better as an anti-theft device where if the phone is taken away from the registered biometric signature, it blows up.How about a Hydrogen cell so when you drop your phone you take out a square block haha![]()

INT. BAR -- NIGHT
A happy EVO 4G owner is enjoying an evening out. He turns back to the bar to get his EVO, but...
IT'S GONE!!!
He looks frantically on the floor and up and down the bar.
EVO GUY
Anyone seen my phone?
Confused looks from the crowd and shaken heads.
Suddenly we hear a BOOM!!! and the windows of the bar are illuminated by a BRILLIANT RED FLASH. The crowd GASPS.
EVO GUY
Nevermind. Found it.
Not sure if TEP would be happy about such a feature, though.
Um... because we don't know how it works. Its pretty confusing compared to WebOS. My main concern (having never used an Android device before) is how to switch from one application to another, how to know whats open, and how to get back to each one. I'm sure I'll figure out everything in a week, but from playing with the incredible for about 30 minutes at a VZW store I couldn't figure it out. Buttons ftl, I'm seriously going to miss my gesture area.

Fixed.....you can hold down the home button and it should bring up your last 6 apps....
