My first was a Treo 650--I wouldn't exactly say it was too smart though!

I had a Voyager and then an En-V. The En-V was only 2 weeks old, when for the first time ever in ten years of having a "Cell Phone", I made a catastrophic fumble and dropped it in water. It was replaced and less than a week later ANOTHER water accident. I went to the Verizon store, refused my warranty replacement and insisted on buying a Droid. The sales guys gave me alot of guff because they said NO ONE had ever paid full retail for a Droid and I was insane. I got one anyway because my brother had one, i was insanely jealous, and also because it was clear that the water monster was going to follow my En V around for the rest of my life. I don't regret one penny!

I go way back, all the way back to June 2009. It was a time when Lady Gaga was thought to just have 1 set of goods, a time when Apple had that thing called an iPhone 3GS, a time when Conan O'Brien was the host of The Tonight Show (We miss you Coco). My first smartphone was the Palm Pre. Man did that phone SUCK! It rarely even made phone calls (probably on par with the iPhone).

My first smartphone was a T-Mobile Dash...I actually liked the phone until it broke, living off a dumbphone for now until I get a new contract in April with Sprint But with the latest SS news I think it's a small sacrifice.
