What's a good contacts and dialer app

I'm replacing my stock apps with new and better ones.
It started with Textra replacing Messaging a few months into owning the phone and Google Keyboard replacing stock, but now:
Nova has replaced Touchwiz
Quickpic has replaced Gallery
VLC has replaced the video player
My Mail has replaced Email
Pop Up Notifications is working together with the stock ones to give lock screen and banner notifications
OK Google functionality has been added
A new calculator app has replaced stock
Timely is working with the stock clock app
Poweramp has replaced the music player, but the sound is not that different to stock D:

Contacts + had tried to replace the contacts app, but it never worked right. IT never listed itself as a dialer (even with Dialer+) so it would always call up the stock phone app, Facebook would never sync or would log in and say I'm not logged in, contacts missing or contacts missing details which the stock app picked up fine.

I'm trying to get my phone to look slick from beginning to end . So, do you know any good apps?

Might want to look at exDialer.
