My Pixel 5 being a smaller phone, screen real estate comes at a premium. I've been testing launchers for about a month and settled on Nova 7. The Pixel launcher is OK, but the loss of home screen real estate sucks. I'm not big on widgets, and I'm a truck driver, so putting what I need only on the home screen is really important to me. I can't be flipping all over the phone to find something if you know what I mean. It was really crowded with the Pixel launcher. The over under time and weather being one of my pet peeves. That and the Google search bar, they took up way to much space. Two screen shots that really show the difference in gained home screen space.
