What's your next phone after the S8?

My unlocked S8 (coral blue, running on Verizon) has been a champ for a couple of years now, but the battery drains so quickly that it's becoming a nuisance. I may factory reset but absent that, may just decide to move on to a new phone.

What are some good options? Not thrilled about the latest galaxy phones. Ideally it would have a headphone jack, not too big (no phablets), and can run on Verizon / CDMA network. 5G not as important as I don't think it will be prevalent in the next 12-24 months anyway.

Any ideas?

Buy another S8. Got mine on Straight Talk for $300! It says USA Unlocked in AIDA64.

Didn't realize the S10e actually kept the headphone jack. I will strongly consider this one!

I moved to the Note 9. The stylus addition has allowed me to replace carrying around my Surface for work. I still break out the S8+ when I stream music or need a flashlight when working in the warehouse.

I don't know...I am far from an expert. Opposite actually. So the S8+ is my first Android foray after BlackBerry and their Android phones. Yes, the S8+ is better on the internet, using apps like Uber, and some other areas. But I am not completely thrilled with the device. Maybe I'd move to a Note? I don't know. If my home office IT goes for it, I am actually considering going to a Key2 or whatever device replaces that one.

However, for $300 -- the S8+ seems like a bargain.
