Hi,

I've got a Samsung S5. Since yesterday I can't send messenges despite wifi connection is good. i.ve switched off the mobile but it's still the same.

help please

You could try switching airplane mode on and off. If the problem persists reboot your phone and your router.

How are you unable to send:
A) You get no "v" that Viber recognises the message
B) You get only one "v"

If it is the "B" option: is this the case for more recipients or just a single one? I have experienced that I couldn't get the phone to send, and my messages all of a sudden was sent - apparently the recipient wasn't within network reach when I was unable to send.
