When can we order from telesales

QUOTE=maryinredding;881740]Are you telling me that your wife has used up a 32GB card in her phone(that is what she can install in it)? Wow if she has. I have tons of stuff on my iPad which has 64GB of memory and I still have 59GB left.[/QUOTE]

I too have a optimus and ya you fill up space fast that sprint id and stock rom takes up a lot of space. And on froyo you can just throw all your apps to sd often 20 market apps only 8 allow you to move the to sd. So a 32g card doesn't help much.

What DOES help:

ROOT IT! It's not that hard then you could flash a custom rom that has a much smaller foot print or go with cm7, that's what I'm doing, and move all your big apps to sd.

Or do what I did call sprint and ask why your not a new one year customer anymore. And/or ask if you can get your upgrade early. Mine wasn't due till Oct and she made mine available last week!

They told me the same.

I called and explained my unhappiness with the optimus S and they granted me an early upgrade as of today. I might call a couple stores tomorrow and try to pick up a Nexus for mother's day.

I don't want to hear anyone say they have a problem with Sprint's customer service. Also they are sending me a replacement for my faulty signal booster. Sprint rocks!!!!!

When was your upgrade supposed to be?

Well, this was not my experience. I purchased a Shift for my future daughter in law on line. She decided that she wanted the EVO. We tried to return it to the store, they said no we would have to deal with the .com people. Called them, they sent out a EVO and we returned the Shift and had to wait a couple billing cycles before everything was credited back to my acct. I will not do it online again. I don't care if I do have to pay an extra $18. it was worth it not to have to deal with the back and forth stuff. Maybe my store is not a corporate store and that is why they refused it. Same thing happened when the EVO camera became defective. The store would not help because we did not buy it there.

I have bought my Sprint phones in Best buy. I have 5 lines in my account. When I bought my first Samsung Epic 4g the phone did not want to connect to 4g. I took it back and gave me a brand new phone again. (This was before my first 30 days with the phone expires). You can get almost the same deals at Radio Shack as well. In addition to that, you do have to deal with the $100 rebate. Most of the time when I am going to buy a phone I do my homework and shop around. Best buy matches any price from Radio Shack or Sprint as well.( it does not have to be an "Online price")

You won't get many complaints out of me either. The only thing that has happened to me is when I have ordered online and had to return a defective phone. I must have talked to 5 people before they understood that the phone had defective hardware and it was less than 30 days old. They wanted me to use insurance, talk to the phone manufacturer about sending it to them. I was so frustrated. Finally I made a final call and was sent to the right person and then it moved along very nicely. Otherwise, I have no complaints about Sprint at all.
