I've seen Verizon and T-Mobile have gotten updates but I'm still waiting for AT&T to get theirs!

I don't know when we will get an update. I think they are skipping 4.1.2 and going to get 4.2! But I read that 4.2 has been delayed! :-( That means if they are just going to release 4.2, we won't get it for awile! :-(

This question has been answered many times. Please, it's a known fact that AT&T is super slow with their updates. If you want "super fast", then root your phone.

Every time somebody has something too say about this update, some one has to always be a smart a** about it. Even the mods have something ugly too say about the situation. Please stop saying root your phone, nobody wants to here that!!!!

all i want is for att to communicate a little. if they are skipping 4.1.2 in favor of 4.2.2 im all for that. not much in 4.1.2 that im excited about. im rooted and have it, never use multi window. but there are things in 4.2.2 that i am excited for. the new lockscreen is one of them. just a little communication goes a long way to appeasing the masses.

That's all anybody is trying to say. Just a little communication would be nice. All these other carriers are updating theirs, even us cellular did today. And we get no kind of news on the situation!!!

Good luck welcome to carrier and updates. They are slow as hell and have no reason to tell when it's coming. U want fast updates buy a nexus device.

Seems possible that Samsung might not have released the update, yet, so AT&T has no idea when it'll be ready.

That's not the point. All similar phones should be on the same firmware period. It's just stupid that me and a friend have the same phone, and his does things mine can't do!!! Just plain crazy

So they been testing this update for 3 months. That's a load of bs at&t is putting out there. So, they are a bigger company than T-Mobile, sprint, and us cellular, and they beat them getting out the update.
