I want to buy the nexus 4 16gb (unblock) in the USA.
is there any store (except google play) that sell him less then 400$?
if you can add the site of the store i will be happy

No. The only place that you can buy the 16 gig Nexus 4 for under $400 is from the Play store.

The closest option I can think of since you seem to be against buying from the Play store for whatever reason is from T-Mobile themselves. You can pay less up front for it but pay more for it long term after the payments are done.

Why not Google Play?
like I wrote up..
There's a guy on the corner of 6th Street selling them at less than wholesale.

Seems legit.
ok

you don`t know any electronic store or somethnig like that that sell it in nice price?
thanks you all anyway

If in USA best buy from Play store lowest price new. Maybe used craigslist but watchout Philip Markoff copycat.

If other country why buy in USA? Customs open box y tiene que pagar mucho dinero or they keep phone. Bad news.

Although he hasn't expressed it very well, the OP resides in a country not supported by the Play Store. So he wants to know if there is a brick and mortar store he can buy from while visiting the U.S. at some future date.

Unfortunately, for him, the Nexus isn't sold that way. T-mobile doesn't sell it as cheaply as Google does. So the only option for someone outside a supported country is to buy it via Craigslist, Ebay, or some other 3rd party selling site. That option comes with risks, because you don't know who you're buying from.

The only other option I can think of is if he has a friend in a supported country that can make the purchase for him or receive the purchase for him and then forward the phone to him in his country.

Okay, you aren't making any sense. The thread title is "Where can I buy Nexus 4 in USA?" You repeat that in your first post, and in another thread you say that you never said you didn't live in the US, meaning you probably live in the US. I have no idea what is going on; please explain.

Ah, I got it. Thanks. But can't he get it from Google Play while in the US?

I don't know if the Play store will do it, but I have ordered things I needed during a trip and had the package shipped to the hotel.

I don't know if the Play Store is localized based on a person's geography or the geography of their account when it was created. I don't think he can even see the Devices section of Google Play in his country.

I don't know if that would change if he logged into the same account while visiting the U.S. I've heard of people using proxies to get around the issue of not being able to order, but there's no way around the shipping restrictions.

He'll need a US credit card , a US delivery address and the right timing for it to be shipped and delivered in the 5 day window he's here.
