Where has my data usage button on/off is disappeared to?

Data usage button on/off is dissapeared!

Hi!

I just turned my phone on, and -as I always do- went to Data Usage to turn it on, but the on/off button is dissapeared!!!
Please help me, I can´t use the phone...only WiFi things...

This seems like a silly question given the context, but just to cover all the bases, you have a SIM inserted, right? If so, try powering off, reinserting it, then powering back on. If not, that's why you aren't seeing the switch.

Yes, the SIM is inserted since months ago, never moved it again...It worked perfectly until yesterday night...

I restarted it, also in safe mode, and didn´t work either... :-(

There's no cell signal, so I'd guess something is wrong with the SIM card or the SIM slot. Try a replacement SIM from your carrier.

FYI, when on Wi-Fi, cell signal will show empty (none). At least on my Nexus 4 on Lollipop.
