where is it hiding?

after ics update - done properly with reset, etc. - polaris office is nto available. going in thru settings to apps it is there with memory space occupied. however, going in thru all apps, nothing....no icon. also tried to do a download and that does not work either.
any ideas or just find another document app?

Have you tried to uninstall it then re-download it? If that won't work then I'm not sure what's wrong.

Edit: I see its on mine as "bloat-ware" and its not in the play store.

Have you tried turning your phone off taking out the battery for 30 seconds then turning it back on? That fixes most problems.

yes, did that. htc has no clue. i guess i will just go for another office app and forget about it. maybe it is just not compatible with 4.0 on this phone

The second post in this thread has the .apk file you can try installing that.

htc finally said sense is hiding it for some reason, but they do not know why. they said use another launcher, so i did launcher pro & everything works now plus it is smoother. should have done this along time ago.
