Where is the proof?

You know what I say? I say Google creates a Nexus that works on not only GSM, but LTE and CDMA radios as well. You know like the 'Global' droid phones? (same concept right? or no?) Then they sell that phone in their marketplace. it would be the ultimate "choose your own carrier" device. I just dont understand why manufacturers arent already designing more phones like this. Is there some technical issue that hinders phones from working on all of these bands?

Carriers buy the phones in bulk.

Verizon lack of support, advertising and painfully slow update when Google has it ready a while ago. Why would Google give them another Nexus.

LOL good job not answering the question at all lol.

I think Verizon hates the idea of an open handset being on their network, particularly one that's easily rooted and capable of circumventing their hotspot application.

The new data share plans include the hotspot free now so I think they are also giving into the fact of rooting in that area but yes I have to agree with the rest of your points.

I'll help out..............it comes down to there is no proof.

Google has not released a statement that they wont sell their phones to Verizon and Verizon hasn't said they wont sell any more Nexus/Google phones.

Until then all of these threads useless. Unless the Pres of either company is on AC and can give us a definite answer?

Who knows if Verizon will get the next nexus? They will get another one for sure. They may skip this years update but after the two years they will for sure. Hell they might even get one this year.
