Where's the FM radio?

This can't be an AT&T issue because my AT&T locked Nokia Lumia 1520 Windows Phone has the radio and it works perfectly although I don't see the radio on my G3. Why would they disable it from the G3 and not the Lumia? This isn't making any sense....

I have unlocked phone and FM simply dissapeared. Operator is portugal MEO
It defenetly not a operator problem.

If you haven't been using the app, it may have been removed from the app tray by Smart Clean....look in Update Centre > App Updates, and scroll to the bottom.

this is a feature that has made me change plans, I switched from samsung since galaxy s4 because of it,...to HTC!
now I am thinking about switching to LG G3, what do you think about the g3? I found out that there are some problems by fixing signals, switching data to wireless and battery,...true?thanks

If the carriers are asking the manufacturers to supply modified phones, the manufacturers could always say 'No, we'll supply them the way we want them to be or not at all. Take it or leave it.' The carriers need the phones, so they'd have to take it.

exactly what Apple does.. No Bloatware period.

This is the FM radio tuner on my G3 (Sprint). It works beautifully, all you need is a pair of earbuds or headphones.

It's called 'FM radio'. I looked briefly in the Play Store, also tried 'LG G3 FM radio', but found nothing. I'm not sure that it would be a normal type of app....more LG's way of accessing the FM radio built into the phone.

Verizon G3 owner here. I installed an FM app from the store, it said no FM radio hardware found.

^^^Certain apps are sometimes missing and that's one of them. Ask your carrier about it.

I now have an HTC One M9 through Verizon, and am also without radio. I downloaded Next radio, and even installed the .apk for the FM Tuner, but I get an error about the tuner.
