Where's the FM radio?

att disables a lot of stuff. its disappointing.

but who needs the radio when theres apps like spotify..
Excuse me when i am at school i don't have service there as in nothing at all how are you gonna be inform on what is happening in your country does spotify notifies you on what is happening in your country

Well the FM radio (built in) does NOT use data and that might be a positive point here.
To use a FM or anything app probably uses 35mb(!) per hour of data.

On my Sprint version its NextRadio, works well. Got to have headphones in for it to work first tho

Sprint LG g3 with next radio. With the headphones in it gives you the option of sound through the headphones or the speaker.

Downloaded Next Radio app, plugged in some Monoprice cheap ear buds and BINGO
It found a bunch of stations and played fine on my on my 2.5 yo VS485 (VZW G3)

THE FM TUNER IS NOT PRESENT in G3's sold in the North American market. Its not a feature that AT&T blocked...savvy people would root their phone and then have access. No, the tuner is completely removed so if you want to listen to Paul finebaum away from wifi, you're using their data!
