Which phones power themselves back on after battery drain?

I am trying to use a phone as a mobile hotspot / GPS locator in my car. The phone will not be in a very convenient location inside the car. I am trying to find a phone with Android that: If it was on when the battery drains, and then subsequently gets connected to power, it will power itself back on. Any help identifying such a model is appreciated.

There is none. Charging doesn't turn the phone on. Any phone. (But constantly letting the battery die will completely kill it (to the point that you'll have to replace it) in a couple of months.

Really no Android one? Apple iPhones return to life when power is restored. I am really hoping there is an Android that behaves the same way.
