The installation cradle quality has gone way down. Before, it was VERY hard to NOT line things up pretty perfectly. With the N20U cradle, the first time I applied the glue and set it, I removed the "pin" to let the screen protector settle and it slid down and wasn't seated well and I ended up with a mess. I'm SO HAPPY that I used the damn stickers that came with it to cover the buttons and all that, or I would have had one hell of a mess. Well, more of a mess than I had.
So, I tried again after cleaning things up and the glue didn't have complete coverage. It missed the bottom corner... so... once again, I had to remove and clean things up. I tried using the guide and everything.
I did notice this time around, you really have to pay attention when you insert the white absorbers on each side of the frame because since now you have those black stickers on the side of your phone, the absorbers may push up against that, and as a result, the top frame is not totally seated onto the bottom frame. I think this time the culprit are the black stickers. Before you didn't have them, but now, the white absorbers will push against them when they didn't before, and slightly lifting the top frame.
So, if you don't notice this - and you put the glass down on the bottom part of the frame first, as instructed, the glass may slide through the gap now instead of being held into place with the two triangle guides. To avoid this, you somehow need to make sure there is no gap between the top frame and the bottom frame - and for me, I had to actually use my fingers to keep it down because the absorbers kept pushing it up.
I don't think enough thought went into the stickers and how they play out since now you have stickers and the absorber trying to occupy the same space and it makes it easy for one to not notice that there may be a gap between both frames.
So, I think it's really the addition of the stickers but otherwise the rest is the same. Of course, you're gonna tell me now that you didn't use the black stickers and there was still a gap. LOL
Also, about the coverage - did you wait and wait and wait? They say 80 seconds, but depending on how level your table is and how centered on the marker the glue is when you drop the glass, it may take well more than 80 seconds for full coverage. I am pretty sure I waited like a good 3 or 4 minutes during one of my installs to get full coverage.
The FPS is so much faster for me with the Note 20 U and WSD and far less failures. I've only registered 3 fingers - two thumbs and one index finger and it works very well - much better if your fingers aren't too dry too.
