Whitestone Dome Pre-orders S10 Phones

Anyone who ordered directly through whitestone.com see any movement on their orders? At time of preorder said it would ship by 3/1... I have received no information from them on movement

Same here, NOTHING from Whitestone. I've even contacted them through their form with no response. The email and contact info on their site is 100% fake. Fake phone # and email address.

I paid via PayPal and was to have it by the 4th. I would have purchased from Amazon but at the time there was no prime shipping and was not in stock.

Same. I contacted them 3 times. The first time I contacted them because I mistakenly ordered screen for s10 so I wanted to cancel the order. I contacted through their form I got a response saying the order was processing and they couldnt cancel it so I had to wait until the item was delievered and 'refuse to accept it' then I would be refunded. I replied by saying this is 2 weeks before the item is actually supposed to ship I dont see why it cannot be cancelled and also that the item wont require a signature so how could I refuse. I never got a response back. I sent two more follow up emails and still no response. If I had known this I wouldnt have placed my second order for the s10+. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a 2 Whitestone Dome protectors on 2/23 and have had no movement. I put in a cancel request and will order from Amazon. If it doesn't cancel in 24 hours I am filing a dispute with Paypal. Their customer service is garbage at Whitestone but the protectors are very nice.

Did you ever receive a tracking number and how did they ship it (USPS, UPS) ?

Does it show shipped on their site or still processing?

It says Completed on site. I received a shipment email with tracking. They sent USPS. I received on 2/25 ordered on 2/17 (Ordered before phone)

Just installed...was flawless, no mess. Fingerprint works about same, had to pree a little harder though. Will adjust touch sensitivity and check.

Touch sensitivity helped some. As far as feel, feels a lot better than the plastic one that was on it.. Love it.

What I can remember
1 - Frame, blue light, micro-usb cable
2 - screen protectors, speaker covers, dust remover stickers
3 - glue packs, alcohol wipes, cleaning cloths

Did it work?

Did my first one and it worked smoothly tonight. Watched a few videos so I knew what to expect. Zero bubbles or imperfections. I've never installed a plastic screen protector this well before. Hope the second goes just as smoothly.

I put mine on last night. Got the two pack from Amazon. Never installed this kind before and I have to say after watching a few videos I gave it a shot. Easiest, cleanest install I have done. No bubbles, no dust looks great!
