Who else is getting this phone on release day no matter what?

Not me. I'm probably going to wait another month (heck I've been waiting for 7-months so far) and see what might fall next month. I've always preferred the Bionic to the TBolt. And if the Bionic falls next month, I can check them both out side-by-side and figure out which one's best for me. Plus, the price tag is way too high IMO.

Depends on cost. Have been waiting for a while. Initially I thought it would be $199. Then the rumored $249 came out. I hesitated on that, but now with the rumored $299...YIKES! At that price, I may wait and see how the initial reviews on the phone pan out here on AC.

I've waited this long, plus, I have it pre-ordered at BB, so I'm getting it day one.

I'm just wondering how long I'm going to have to fight with the people at my BB to get them to honor the $250 price tag since I pre-ordered (even though it's been posted several times on their Facebook page).

I've saved screen shots, flyers and anything else I could find to try to convince them.

Regardless, I probably won't talk myself out of it and will be enjoying my first Android phone whenever the hell it hits the market...

And that mini probably has less horsepower than the phone

Really though, phones are expensive due to the nature of the technology. Anytime you have to miniaturize technology it gets more expensive instead of cheaper.
