I actually haven't tried rounding up the files to do it just yet. I'll give it a try tho... thanks for the info! I'm a little wary of just googling the files and installing them but I may give it a shot.

If I'm not mistaken Jaggrey, most of the files came from XDA. If I'm able to, I'll post the links in this post later today.

Try this link, it has most of what I used. Let me know of anything still not working and I'll locate the apk for you. There are a few threads on XDA that have the various apk files.

I also wanted to mention, if you like the HTC Weather Clock Widget, go to the Play Store and download Zooper Widget Pro AND Zooper HTC Sense 7 Widgets from Apps Fur Cats, it looks and works great. The next post will show what it looks like while using the Nova Launcher. (since this was an edit, I couldn't post a screenshot in this post)

Use it as a secondary launcher on a non htc phone and still love it

You don't even have to use it as a second launcher, you can delete all but the blinkfeed screen if you want to.
