Same status since Thursday afternoon...Ordered on the 12th, charged 7/5 and still the plus sign on the order status with no tracking number and "your order will shop by 7/9". Verizon better not pull any shady and that phone better go out Monday morning (finally considering when I was charged for it).

Mine just changed from "Your order has been received" and expected ship date of 7/11 to "Your order has been sent for processing" and a blank ship date.

ordered on the 27th and it says my order will ship by 7/11 still .. card has not been charged,still has credit on it because I paid it off when I ordered..I figured they would charge right away.. think of the money they are losing in interest LOL somebody dropped the ball

I ordered two on 6/26. Just got notification the one is being shipped with tracking number. The other hasn't been charged or shipped. Whats up with that?

My other card just got charged for my second. No shipping info yet though. First one 16gb white and Second was 16gb blue. I guess I'll have both next week!!

Similar situation here. Ordered 6/12 (32GB Blue) CC charged 7/5 night - no change in status. Spoke to CSR this morning. She was very nice and said should have been shipped out on friday, doesn't know why no tracking info yet...

I was charged last night (sometime around 2130?) and my status changed to "Your order has been sent for processing" but no e-mail yet and no date or # on the status page. Yarg. I feel like weekend always interfere with my hopeful delivery plans ;-)

Same so i called. Allegedly it'll ship tomorrow with free overnight.

I expressed my displeasure at having money taken from me without being updated on what was happening. I got the impression the rep has heard that a lot recently

Not 2 mins ago I got my email confirming it was shipped today (well, got a label at least) and is being sent overnight for delivery Tuesday. Wohoo!

Similar situation here. Ordered 6/12 (32GB Blue) CC charged 7/5 night - no change in status. Spoke to CSR this morning. She was very nice and said should have been shipped out on friday, doesn't know why no tracking info yet...

I also have a similar situation ordered 16GB Blue on 7/12 CC charged 7/5 night - no change in status,
When I call 611 and go through the automated process it tell and I push 2 for tracking info it tell me I received it and activated it. Spoke to CSR and they have told me five different stories on when it shipped or will be shipped.

With larger companies (ie VZW) there are times a batch of shipments can be left at FedEx but it doesn't matter much, as it still isn't a 'transit day.' You can be issued a tracking number any day, I just issued one to a buyer via USPS...that just means a label has been generated.

Credit card was just charged in the last couple hours. 32GB blue ordered 6/18 and shipping to SoCal. Online order tracking shows tracking field with no tracking number populated yet (still shows ship by 7/10.)

Just got a shipment notification for mine. FedEx tracking says shipping today for delivery Tuesday.

FINALLY got a verizon email with a tracking number.

Looks like it isnt updated in the Fedex website but should arrive Monday.
