The problem is that my boyfriend has a samsung android phone, I believe it's old, its the white one, I don’t know which model exactly, but the point is that I am feeling confused about this ‘’issue’’ he is having with whatsapp, cause it has happened to him before and then he will fix it, free up some memory and it will work again.
But this time,he told me that it stopped working again cause his memory was full and he needed to delete some stuff, especially his group friends which send him lots of funny videos and all these stuff through Whatsapp.
But I am confused because why can I SEE his last seen updated. I thought he was not able to access the app as a whole, how come he can access the app if he is telling me that his memory is full and he needs to free up some space and do a back up. I don’t get this, can it be that he CAN actually access Whatsapp even if his memory is full? and he cannot SEND messages or RECEIVE any?
Because this past weekend when I saw all of this happen(last seen status UPDATE, etc), he took some pictures of us, and he was able to send them to me through Whatsapp perfectly fine, so did the app just started working normally again? is it a glitch, it freezes from time to time or is he lying about all of this, I am so confused!! I need a logical answer to this!!
