My email just stopped syncing and when I tried to open the app it asked for my password. I typed my password in but it said authentification failed. I know it is the right password.
So I tried to reset it via the Internet because my phone email app won't log out.
I reset my password twice and neither of these worked. I have reset it again and that password works on the computer but not my phone or tablet.
I have tried restarting the phone.
I have also tried removing the account and setting up a new one but it will not accept the password.
Please could you help?
