Why can't I download MMS files?

Can't download MMS files

model :Samsung galaxy s4
Carrier:Consumers cellular
Problem: I can receive regular text messages but has been unable to receive any MMS messages.

Welcome to Android Central! First, make sure your mobile data (3G/4G) is turned on--MMS requires mobile data, not voice signal or wi-fi.

If your mobile data is turned on but you're still having problems, then make sure the APN settings are correct. Go to the support page, enter APN in the Ask A Question field, and select the only result that comes up. https://www.consumercellular.com/Support/Knowledgebase
