Why can't I get back into my Galaxy S3 after a master reset?

[AC Question]

Can't get back into galaxy s3 after master reset

Performed master reset on Samsung Galaxy s3

cannot get past second, sometimes third screen.

lots of "unfortunately various things cannot start" messages

no sim card in the phone

and the blue led won't turn off

does anyone know what i did wrong?

Location - Australia

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do the reset again and make sure you wipe the cache and dalvik-cache partitions.
