Why can't I reset my Android box to factory settings?

[AC Question]

I cannot reset my android box to factory settings

I could not highlight auto restore to uncheck,I have sorted that now but box will still not revert to factory settings any suggestions please.

Welcome to Android Central! You mean there's no option for Factory Data Reset in ​Settings>Backup & Reset?
