Why do I have such poor battery life?

My galaxy s5 SM -900F, after upgrading to lollipopo. The battery life has somewhat gotten poorer. under the battery consumption menu, the most power consuming app running right now is the android os. Consuming about 22% of the battery. Whereas, before the upgrade most power was consumed by the screen (Which is now at 2%).
Is this normal?

No. Try a Cache Partition wipe. Also, make sure that all your basic settings are still the same....location reporting, sync etc.

Get back to us if that doesn't fix it.
