Why do I have to double push the on/off button on my iPhone 6 Clone?

iphone 6 clone double push on/off button suddenly hangs

uses the phone while charging then suddenly the battery was drained and continued charging it then tried to open it and double clicking the on/off button. Iphone 6 Korean clone run android system.
