Why does Do Not Disturb come on after I disabled it?

I was happily using DND for a while, but for some reason it started not only blocking calls and notifications but also my alarm (same alarm app as before). Disaster. So I disabled DND. But it still comes on. I've tried disabling it, setting exceptions, changing the DND operating times - nothing helps. It still comes on at the original times; if I them out of after out comes on, it still comes on again a bit later, and still blocks alarms. Help!

My Do Not Disturb (Galaxy Note 5) is also malfunctioning. No schedule, turned off, restart phone and DND is on?
