Why does it say custom with an unlocked padlock on my Galaxy S5 when I boot it.

I am unrooted my knox counter is 0x0 and I'm running dalvik. I had it rooted previously with towelroot, but I unrooted.

My device has had that issue twice, the first time was a bad microsd card and the second was after I unrooted and had to go in afterwards and use Odin and flash the stock rom again.
