Why does Milk music keep cutting out?

Milk music keeps cutting out

This has happened repeatedly and I hope you can help me troubleshoot. When I go out for a run (with the Gear S in standalone mode and calls fwd) and I try to stream Milk music from the Gear S and listen via BT headphones, the stream cuts out about every 5 seconds. I'm assuming the stream needs to initially cache (like a youtube video) but it never catches up to generate a continuous stream. Intermittent dropouts are driving me nuts. Can anyone help? This does not happen when the Gear S is connected to my phone, only in standalone mode.

I haven't ran into this problem yet unless the 3g signal dropped to like 1 bar. I just got my gear circle about a week ago and have been using milk a good bit

This also happens to me on runs. I assume its just the 3g signal not good enough.

Makes sense. Is there a way to set the stream to lower quality? I know on the phone I have it set to standard (instead of high) but how do I confirm this carries over to the Gear S?

Having issues with Milk Music as well, tried listening via neckloop and hearing aids but couldn't get anything, even unplugging the loopset.
