Why does my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 freeze up when I try to do screen mirroring in Chromecast?

When I go to chromcast and access screen mirrioring, the unit freezes up . The screen is being mirrored to the tv but freezes up almost
right away. When it freezes up I can't control the tab at all. I can't evern turn it off. Closing the lid on my case will eventually reset the unit and
as long as I don't do screen mirroring all is ok. My friend has a tab4 with the same kitkat version with no problems. It may be that screen mirroring will
not work on my tab. Anyone else with a tab pro 8.4 haveing this issue?

Yes that happens to me, not all the time, but most of the time, I end up having to hard reset the tablet and just mirror my note 4 instead. I don't know what is wrong with them and why it can't handle that.

I have the exact same problem, though after a hard reset it usually works a bit better... A bit...
