why does my LG G4 camera bypass my settings in manal mode ?

in manual mode, all my settings are bypassed as soon as i hit record video ! i tried different combinations but nothing works...the camera ignores my settings and shoot as if it was in automatic mode...WB/AF/ISO...etc...how can i make shoot video in manal mode then ?

My stock camera app does the same thing: video uses auto everything related to exposure.
Rather disappointing, but not surprising.
Manual focus does not update the exposure settings in video like it does in stills. Bummer.
