why does my mobile data and bluetooth keep switching off even when i turn them back off

for the past one week, i have realised that my data and blutooth would switch on any time i switch it off. this happens two to three minutes after switching them back off. am using s4 mini 3G

I'm also having this problem and can't figure out why.
