Android Central Question

When I've received calls (not made outgoing falls) the phone drops the call after some minutes - maybe 3 to 5 mins - I look at the screen when I realize I'm talking to dead air and it tells me my phone has restarted and presents the keypad so i can log in. The call doesn't show on my log of recent calls so i have to wait for the caller to call me back (unless i know the #).

This is frustrating as it is mostly professional not personal calls.

Is this common? is there an easy fix? Thanks

I haven't seen it reported before, but since the phone is under warranty, I'd contact the seller for a replacement. (Make sure you back up anything important, then remove your Google account and do a factory reset before sending it back.)

Is there an easy fix? Maybe, but it would probably void the warranty if they figured out that you did it.

That is not a common problem. Mine started dropping calls a few days ago, but this was not an issue I was having all along - just the last 4 days. So I went to Verizon for them to check it out. They replaced the SIM, and it has not happened again in the last 2 days, so hopefully that's it.
