Why has my service been cutting out after the Android 6.0 update - LG G3?

[AC Question]

I have an LG G3 and after I got the android 6.0 update (like 2 weeks ago), my service has been really terrible. I keep losing it randomly throughout the day and I often can't send MMS texts. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm with fido (Canada) if that makes a difference...

Welcome to Android Central! So this only happens with your mobile data, and not wi-fi? Are you having issues with dropped calls as well, or only mobile data?

the wi-fi has been okay...it sometimes takes longer to connect to a new network, but once it's connected it's fine. No dropped calls, but sometimes I can't make calls because my service will go out....it's not just mobile data....like I can't send regular text messages either when the service cuts out

Can you contact Fido and see if they'll send you a replacement SIM card?

I am experiencing the same problem but the difference is in with koodo.
