Welcome to Android Central! Is it powering down completely, or is the screen just going to sleep? Does it only happen when using a browser? What about when using other apps?

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

I did hard reset, but it did not help me . Phone is switched off completely or reboots , sometimes showing a screensaver producer , and sometimes not.

In any application that uses a lot of bandwidth.

changed the battery with a friend to see if she is guilty or until everything seems to be ok

Does the phone get really hot before shutting off?

I agree with trying a different or new battery.
