why is my mac address for infinix note 2 keeps changing?

infinix note 2 wi-fi can't connect with stability as bought because mac address keep changing and the wi-fi network has this note NVRAM WARNING: Err=0x10. please can you help had done factory reset yet to no result.

That shouldn't be changing, it is coded into the hardware as it's actually the hardware address for the phone/device. If there is a fault with the WiFi MAC address, there's a chance the WiFi in that device is going out, and there isn't much that can be done to resolve it.

Unless he got the latest update (it's only been out since yesterday, though) - there's a switch - I think in Developer Options - to change the MAC address on every connection. Something like Chainfire's Pry-Fi. Every time you enter the store, you're someone else. (That's going to drive the marketing schemes of some stores nuts.)
