Android Central Question

I have complained to Pendo PTY LTD, and they have replaced the 7" Pendo Pad twice. And yet each one has done the same thing ?

The Router is set to IPv4 and IPv6, The lead computer in this network has IPv6 turned off. The MAC filter has been turned on the stop other unknowns from access this home network. Each time the WiFi MAC is placed in the access allowed list the Pendo Pad will access this network with the correct SSID and Password added.
But if the Pendo Pad goes into sleep, or is turn off, or disconnected of the network, the WiFi MAC is different when woken up, reconnected, or turned on.
Question, 1, Does Antroid create an alias for the MAC in this situation ?
Question. 2, Why is this happening ?
Question. 3, How can I fix this problem ?

HELLLLLLLLLLLP)PPPPPPPPPP !!!!!!!

1. No.

2. Not only shouldn't it happen, it may not be happening.*

*3. Are you certain that it's your Pendo Pad's wifi MAC that you're looking at? The IP address may change each time, if people keep popping on and off the network, but the MAC address uniquely identifies that piece of hardware - the wifi adapter in the Pendo Pad. (Phones have 2 MAC addresses - one for wifi, one for mobile data.)

If the MAC address is actually changing the manufacturer did something wrong, because that's supposed to be hard-wired into the hardware. Make certain that it's the Pendo Pad's wifi MAC address you're looking at (it will be the same for an IPv4 or IPv6 connection.) If it is, I;d contact the manufacturer and insist that they find out what they did wrong, fix it, and send you a fixed device on a "they send first, you return in their packaging at their expense" basis. (I had a similar problem [not MAC-address related] with Google, as far as Android is concerned. We're still [I'm doing things and sending them data from the results] trying to find the cause of the problem. I went through 3 replacement phones - that got returned the day I got them, because they all had the same problem. No expense to me.)
