I just received my Galaxy S8 two weeks ago, and I encountered a problem. Every time I multi-task by opening two different apps on the same screen, and then closing the multi-task by using a hand gesture (sliding the middle of the screen all the way down to the bottom), the navigation bar turns white and stays white no matter if I'm at the home screen or I'm in a third party app, the navigation bar stays white until I restart my phone. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any way to fix it? Thanks

Welcome to Android Central. You might try tapping the middle border and using the menu. From the manual:

Window Controls
Tap *Window*controls in the middle of the
window*border for options.
Snap window: Snap the selected window to the
half of the screen it occupies.
Switch windows: Switch locations between
Multi*window apps.
Open in pop-up view: Open the selected app in
a pop-up window.
Close app: Close the selected app.

I see this as well. A restart always fixes it but is a hassle.

Ahh, so when you go back to the home screen, it does not become translucent again?
