Phone refusing to stay on mute following update to 5.0
I have a Galaxy S4 and ever since it updated to lollipop about a month ago, every night it switches from muted to sound on. 80% of the time I like to have my phone totally silent, no ringing, no vibrating, nothing. So I use the sound bubble in the notification menu to toggle between sound and mute. But since the update, sometime during the night, the phone toggles automatically from mute to sound on. It's incredibly annoying to change it every single day and on days I forget, it rudely reminds me and the rest of my office that it's sound is on again. Any ideas why mute won't stick?
